Returns

• Only unopened, unused, and undamaged products can be returned.

• Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

• Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Opened food, treats, supplements, grooming items, and personalized products cannot be returned.

Credit Vouchers (Store Credit Only)

• Approved returns will be issued as a credit voucher equal to the item’s value.

• Vouchers are valid for 6 months and can be used for any future purchase at Poshpets Webshop.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
